How To Conquer Castleville’s St. Patrick’s Day Quests

My favorite Zynga game, Castleville has released their St. Patrick’s Day quests, and I must say it’s really tough. To think that you have to complete the rainbows of the so-called “Pot of Gold” with 12 quests, each quest getting harder every step, in less than 10 days!

Anyway, all I need to do is to prepare all the materials I might need except if the quest says “craft”, then that means you have to create it the moment a certain quest is active.

So, here’s the Castleville St. Patrick’s Day Guide for you!

Quest 1

  • Clear 2 Grass
  • Tend 2 Flowers
  • Have 1 Pile of Sand (found by fishing)

Quest rewards: 1,000 Coins, 20 XP, Pot of Gold (stored under the Buildings section of your Inventory)

Quest 2

  • Get 1 Honey (found by tending Flowers)
  • Place the empty Pot of Gold (found under the Buildings section of your Inventory)

Quest rewards: 1,000 Coins, 20 XP

Quest 3

  • Tax 2 Houses in your Kingdom
  • Have 3 Berries (found by tending Grass and Mushrooms)

Quest rewards: 1,000 Coins, 20 Xp

Quest 4

  • Have 3 Rainbow Plans (Post to Friends)
  • Craft 2 Violet Moon Charms (crafted in the Workshop)
  • Restore the violet band of the Rainbow by crafting Violet Moon Charms (fill up the Charms Bar to complete a color band of the Rainbow. Click on the bar to see your progress.)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP

Quest 5

  • Harvest 20 Flax
  • Tend 15 Flowers in your Kingdom
  • Restore the indigo band of the Rainbow by crafting Indigo Flowers (crafted in the Workshop)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP

Quest 6

  • Craft 1 Wooden Club (crafted in the Workshop)
  • Cook 1 Hard Boiled Egg (crafted in the Kitchen)
  • Banish 1 Gloom Thief

Quest rewards: 1,000 Coins, 20 XP

Quest 7

  • Have 4 Empty Bottles (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)
  • Go fishing 6 times
  • Restore the blue band of the Rainbow by crafting Blue Seashell Charms (Crafted in the Kitchen)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP

Quest 8

  • Consume 1 Bubbly Grog (Bubbly Grog restores withered crops when consumed)
  • Gather 8 Milk Bottles (found by tending adult Cows)
  • Restore the green band of the Rainbow by crafting Green Grog Charms (crafted in the Kitchen)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP (hold off on collecting from the Pot of Gold until the next quest begins )

Quest 9

  • Collect taxes from the Pot of Gold
  • Buy 1 new Decoration
  • Collect 7 Beeswax (found by tending Flowers)

Quest rewards: 1,000 Coins, 20 XP

Quest 10

  • Have 1 Studio in your Kingdom
  • Mine 20 Rocks in your Kingdom (make sure that your do not have a Mortar actively in use. If so, click on a partially-mined rock to use the Mortar)
  • Restore the yellow band of the Rainbow by crafting Yellow Star Charms (crafted in the Studio)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP

Quest 11

  • Have 9 Polish (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)
  • Craft 1 Saucy Tart (crafted in the Kitchen)
  • Restore the orange band of the Rainbow by crafting Orange Butterfly Charms (crafted in the Studio)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 Xp

Quest 12

  • Harvest 10 Tomatoes
  • Craft 2 Fertilizer (crafted in the Kitchen)
  • Restore the red band of the Rainbow by crafting Red Balloon Charms (crafted in the Studio)

Quest rewards: 1,750 Coins, 35 XP

Q: I can’t find the Pot of Gold, where is it?
A: The Pot of Gold can be found under the Buildings section of your Inventory.

Q: How long will I have to craft all the color bands?
A: Sullivan has 2 weeks for you to help him restore the Rainbow so he can get home, or else he’ll have to brave the Gloom by himself.

Q: What if I can’t complete all 7 bands of the Rainbow?
A: Not completing all 7 color bands has no penalty, but you will not get the maximum payout of the Pot of Gold; complete all 7 bands to get the jackpot!

Q: If I don’t complete all 7 bands of the Rainbow, will I still get to keep the Pot of Gold?
A: Absolutely! It won’t produce the maximum amount of coins possible, but whatever you earn, you keep!

Q: How many color bands are needed to complete the Rainbow
A: There are 7 total

    why my pot of gold say ‘complete more of Sullivan’s quest to restore the rainbow’ even thought Sullivan’s not in my kingdom anymore, and thts why I cannot continue to restore the rainbow, pls help me.

    i completed 4 colors of the rainbow but when i clicked it nothing happened, and then i tryed the other day, also nothing happened…so i cannot restore the rainbow anymore, pls help me how to continue restoring the rainbow
