American Idol Season 11 Finalists — And the final 2 was announced, guess who they are.

Another late post indeed. American Idol has announced the 2 contestants who will battle it out for the title Tuesday next week. After a tough competition between the final 3: Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips, and Joshua Ledet, the finale contestants was announced.

Filipino-American-Mexican Jessica Sanchez became the first one to be called as the finalist, being the crowd favorite. And will be pitted against Phillip Phillips, the other finalist.

Jessica is the first Filipino-blooded contender to compete for the title. Jasmine Trias, season 3 contestant, had the longest streak before Jessica, being the 2nd runner-up of the said season.
