DragonVale: How To Breed Malachite Dragon

Malachite Dragon Egg Breeding DragonVale — You may not have heard this dragon yet, but it’s coming soon and yet you can actually breed this already!

Centuries ago Professor Bixby was traveling to the Scar of the World for research when he discovered something that he never thought possible — a malachite dragon! It didn’t take long for the Professor to find out that these dragons relish in smashing things into puny little pieces. Bixby’s notes say something about not making them angry…we wouldn’t like them when they’re angry. Luckily the wizards were at least able to find a way to keep malachite dragons from destroying the park.

How To Get Malachite Dragon Egg In DragonVale

Malachite was released together with Ruby Dragon. After teaching you how to breed Pollen Dragon, which was released as well with this one, here’s how you can get the Metal-looking Malachite Dragon.

Confirmed Combinations: Metal and any hybrid of Plant.

Metal (L) + Cactus (R)

Metal (L) + Pollen (R)

Tree (L) + Metal (R)

To know if you successfully bred one of these:

  • Malachite dragons breeds and incubates at 12 hours exactly. There are lots of dragons that breed at the same length of time, but I’m sure if you get this time frame for the metal plus plant hybrid combination, you’ll have this type.
  • Egg is a gray colored one with black border, and green swirly lines. Take a look at the photo above.

As of today, you cannot buy this dragon yet at the store because this is currently a hidden dragon. Probably having this released soon, enjoy breeding this secret dragon for now!
