Blair Carabuena Mauls MMDA Officer Video –This video has gone viral since yesterday and it’s time for you to watch it.
According to TV5, the motorist is a supervisor at Philip Morris International, Robert Blair Carabuena. The MMDA Officer was identified as Mr Saturnino Fabros. The said video is now running and being shared at numerous social media sites, and people are totally mad at what this guy did:
