After a long hiatus of blogging, I was able to move my previous blog which came from here at jeffalagar.com (Relatable Fitness), to a new Pinoy fitness blog: Pinoy Fit Buddy.
Now I’m left with a new blank blog for myself here!
I have never been this busy for the past couple of months, include the heavy work I’ve been through when I recently competed for bodybuilding last year. Got myself a new job afterwards and have been refreshing my mind about digital marketing. But here I am ready to write again.
For this personal blog, I’ll try to cover most of what I am truly passionate about: fitness, my singing career (if ever there is xD), travel, and filmmaking. Hopefully I’ll be able to share a lot of good stuff with my readers, with you as I go along.
Also, before I wrote this blog, here are a couple of things I’ve gone onto. I recently auditioned for Star Hunt in Batangas City for Tawag Ng Tanghalan, and I went through to the VTRs (for the first time!). I hope there’s a good news soon and that I’ll be able to compete and test my singing skills!
For the past 5 months, I’ve also gone through a fitness hiatus: I’m on a steady 173lbs. eating junk most of the time! Fastfood, burgers, chips, and chocolate cookies are some of them. But I needed that kind of “rest” as the past year was gruelling for me when I competed for the first time.
Now I’m a month late to putting myself back in shape in time for summer. So this blog will cover my entire #BalikAlindog journey for this year (2019).
From the usual 5% body fat last year to this 15%, I aim to put it all the way down to 10% again before the big summer month of May. So let’s see how it goes.
Other than that there’s not much to share with you, but here we go: a new blog, a new beginning, a new adventure, a new challenge.
